I am coming to North bend park for 8-9 consecutive years and always had an amazing and relaxing time. NOT this time! This time a group of Hispanic people were next to us. Their friends also kept coming and taking the spots around. These people ruined our vacation. They were listening to their loud music, had a speaker, no caring about other people. Their music sounded from the morning all day Ling from their camp site ( site A10) and at the same time from the beach when they were going there! No quiet hours from 2-4 or after 10! We had to go ask them to lower the music one afternoon because I needed some rest and the loud music literally made me feel like I'll go crazy. Another night I had to go ask them to keep their voices down, because all of them gathered at site A10 and the big company were very loud talking and laughing. It was 11:30! They finally stopped at around 12 midnight!!! I called the customer service and complained because there was no ranger number available to call and it was after hours! I was told I will get a refund but I only got not even half of the refund! We left the next morning because it wasn't worth it to stay and go beg those people to have some quiet hours anymore!!! I am very dissapointed
