Excellent experience. HOWEVER WE DISCOVERED THAT BEAVER SITE 09 IS BOOKED BY THE SAME FAMILY THE ENTIRE SUMMER and it is impossible to reverve that site. Camp host Mike knows but is unable to act. This should NOT be allowed. I would appreciate a response.

Beautiful setting. Camp host awesome. Road needs to be maintained better at least run a grader down the sides to expose the asphalt thats over grown and clean ditches so road last longer .

I live with in 60 miles of this park . It is the absolute gem along the North Umpqua River. The park is away from the main highway so it’s quiet and very beautiful. Camp host is top notch. While staying there I might have hit negative blood pressure so calming.

Rick and Joyce met us with a warm welcome. The camp site and the camp ground was beautiful and clean. The river was awesome and you can fly fish the river all around the campground with easy access to the river. Dry Creek Store is only about 3 miles away which is convenient should you need anything. Not too far up the road is Watson Falls...a beautiful waterfall, the tallest is SW Oregon. It's a rigorous hike to the falls, but very beautiful. Horseshoe Bend is a great camp ground!

We love Horseshoe Bend and have stayed there as a family many times. Now it's just my husband and me and we have a favorite site we always try to get. Campground and facilities are well maintained and the camp host even had some books set out the last time we were there. I found an excellent book and enjoyed the stay even more!
