We love the Spruces but it's time for some upgrades. The blacktop on the paths and around the firepits and tables is a tripping hazard. The firepits could all be upgraded as well. Our first trip this season, the bathrooms were closed. Other than that, still one of our favorites.

The camping is awesome, but there needs to be some maintenance on two of the bathrooms in the lower unit, one had a side not open and the other side was disgusting, the other one on the west side needed clean good, the fire pit on site 28 needs to be re-poured around the ring it is all broken away and very dangerous, that fire ring seriously needs to be fixed, I love the spruces campground though and the camping is spectacular. Thank you

Always my favorite place to camp, its only 25 minutes to home or the city, even when fully booked you are away from your campground neighbors, and its a great place to escape the summer heat of the Salt Lake Valley.
