BEAUTIFUL campground, but not sure who the camp hosts are. There were several college aged girls that were rude, ignored concerns, etc. We rented group site 1 and after that moved to group site 22 and 23. While in group site, the day use had VERY loud karaoke music on big amplified speakers. We literally couldn't hear each other talking at the tables. After an hour of this we went and talked to gal in the front shack she said "they can be as loud as they want". We've been camping here for 15 years we know amplified music isn't allowed she disagreed. Very irritating. We finall talked to group and they turned it down a bit and thank goodness left at 10. Bathrooms were dirtier than we've ever seen them. Always had to and garbage emptied but just dirty toilets, sinks, doors needed wiped down, etc. We have just been spoiled over the years with clean bathrooms, awesome hosts and quiet and well maintained grounds. Just felt different this year.

The lights in the restroom near our camp was burned out, making it inconvenient to see at night. The water in that restroom continually ran. During a drought that seemed unnecessary. We only saw the camp host make rounds 3 times in the week that we were there and when we asked about the concerns mentioned they said there was nothing they could do about it. The tables are in terrible condition and need some upkeep. We have camped at the spruces for over 20 years. The condition of the camp ground is really going down.

Great location in BCC. Easy to get to nearby hikes before those living in the valley. Our campsites were perfect for a small group (sites 22 and 23). The parking was adjoined and there was a lot of extra space for yard games, etc. A trail leading to Donut Falls Trailhead was right by the campsite. Would try and get those spots again. Bathrooms were clean enough. Some of the other campers were noisy but not the campground's fault. They are pretty strict about charging for the extra car, even though our site had oodles of room.
