Not my favorite campsite very tight and feel ontop of everyone else. Proximity to trailhead cant be beat though

The area and the drive to get here is stunning. The sites are pretty but a bit too close to the road and to each other. There was a lot of ruckus coming from nearby Sundance, so dont expect peace and quiet here. No potable water and no access to restrooms while we were there - only port-a-potties. No trash or recycling services.

The campground was beautiful. We were there on weekdays so there was hardly anyone else there. Wonder if it would feel very crowded with all the spots filled. The host was great and very kind. The bathrooms were clean and having flush toilets was so nice. We’d definitely camp here again.

Camp host did nothing about extremely loud people who were yelling and talking so loudly it echoed...until 2 am.
In my 3 decades plus of camping, I have never has this problem nor such a negligent host. Also there are no large trash bins on the campground, so had to drive out with all of our trash in the car.
Lovely site though.
