Great place just to rest and relax, or bring water crafts and enjoy the lake.

We camped for a night and with lakefront views. Camp host's were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were cleaned daily. We come to Pineview for the beach or day use often but never to Anderson Campground. 10/10 Some things to keep in mind: 1.There are so many spiders here, they are just garden spiders, but they are ~everywhere. 2.Toilets are vaulted which means they aren't 'flushable' - still super comfy to use even my young children didn't mind using them. 3.Water levels have rised in the last decade so this time around there was little to no 'beach' area near our site. You can always drive to Pineview beach which is a quick 10-minute drive but you will have to pay $25.00 (totally worth it) We enjoyed our stay here and would do it again :)

The campground is well maintained and clean. The lady who was checking everyone in was very rude and unaccommodating. I had reserved four spaces for our family gathering. When the first family arrived with their trailer, the lady demanded that they have a copy of the confirmation. As we were still driving, I had to stop and look through my emails to get her a screenshot of the reservations. When I arrived, I explained to her that there would still be two more groups arriving. She informed me that each one had to have a confirmation and it needed to be one of those we had not used. We have never been treated so unkind at any other campground. Our family chooses to go to this location every year as it is close enough for most of the family to drive to without to much effort. We have always had a good experience until this trip. Hopefully it will be back to normal next year.
