We love Tony Grove and the spot we chose. The only things I wish would be fixed is the water situation, the roads in the campgrounds that need to be fixed, and some of the restrooms that need to have work done. The camp hosts were nice, and kept the restrooms clean. There is just a lot of maintenance that needs to be done, (not their fault).

The camp hosts went out of their way to be rude and unwelcoming. They were quick to accuse me of not examining the website to find out that there was NO POTABLE WATER available within a ten mile radius of the campground. This was a married couple that really had no interest in making anyone welcome or offering any suggestions about what I could do in the absence of water.

Tony Grove campground is beautiful. Just the right mix of camping and bathroom amenities.

The camp site was absolutely Gorgeous and Ive came up here several times but this last time we went up at the beginning of August for raspberry days in bear lake and the flies were horrendous I couldnt cook we couldnt really even stay outside with out a swarm of them attacking us on our last day there. Mind you we only stayed one night . Would be 5 star rated but the with flies thats what knocked it down for me. It could have been the fact the spot we were in was where a Boy Scout group had just camped and the maybe had left food out and thats what attracted them to that spot? I dont know but I would still recommend this camping spot to everyone I know!
