It was a wonderful place for a cousin reunion. Everyone had lots of room and the campsite was lovely. We brought our dogs and they had loads fun in the lake and staring at the chipmunks and squirrels. On one of the morning we could hear a pack of Coyotes howl and it was amazing.

We love this campground and have been coming here for years. We arrived at 9 pm the first night of our reservation and the camp host had given away one of our sites. The squatters was a cute family with little kids and we didn't want to force them out after 9 when they were fully set up and getting to bed. It was a terrible situation. Luckily, we were tent camping in that site and could easily put our tent up in the other site we had reserved as well. However, I think this experience can be summed up in the words of Jerry Seinfeld. "You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them." Next time, I hope there's a camp host there who understands what a reservation really is.
