Ledgefork Campground did not have water. Before we left for the campsite I called the local USFS Ranger station in Kamas and asked the man who answered if we could get water at the tap at the reservoir. He replied, NO, " it is not in your price range". I paid $60 for that group site and I am not allowed to get water if needed above the launching ramp of Smith and Morehouse Reservoir. I paid the money back in February expecting water at the camp site. On the campsite description It read that there was water available at the camp site. If $60 does not cover the price range of getting water that is totally unfair. I love Ledgefork campgrounds, but did not like the way I was treated. We did not get water at the Reservoir.

This is a really great campground. This was our second time here, but definitely won't be our last. The camp host, Sherry, is extremely nice and welcoming. The campground doesn't have any water so far this year, so bring your own. There is water at the reservoir boat ramp, though.

We were at site 002, which was by far the biggest site that I saw in the campground. I'm not joking when I say you can probably fit 5 or 6 tents at this site. The one and ONLY downside to this site was the lack of shade. Almost all the trees at the site were cut down so there was hardly any shade to be had. That being said this campground is awesome. Bathrooms were clean and smelled good, close to the resevior, couple streams nearby, nice meadows. Overall very nice experience. Would definitely stay here again

One of our favorite campsites! Beautiful, clean, and camp host is super nice. North end of campground is very close to south end of reservoir (less than 5 minute walk). As of July 2020, no water on site. However, the boat ramp (which is about a 5 minute drive from campground) has water. Only bad thing I have to say is it seems there are no quiet hours at the campground, or at least they're not enforced. Lots of partyers until 2am or so during my stay. Other than that, highly recommended.
