We love Ledgefork. It is beautiful, and the access to the lake just adds to the experience. My only complaint this trip was the campsite. We were in #20, and though there was a lot of room overall, it was very cramped by the driveway, table, and fire ring. It almost made it hard to move around if that makes sense. Definitely not a lot of room for parking additional cars, 2 at the most, and that’s a stretch. Will we be back? Definitely but will choose a different site.

Ledgefork Campground is a family tradition. Love coming up there to disconnect and be in nature. The campground is beautiful, well maintained for a primitive experience. The reservoir is close and offers tranquil peace and fun fishing.

We had a wonderful stay at ledgefork. The campground is beautiful and the facilities were nice and clean. I highly recommend sites 19 and 20 A

This is our favorite campground in the Uintas. Grounds in Loop A are beautifully shaded and rivers/streams running next to or near most sites. We had such a great time during our two-night stay, we extended another night even though that meant moving our camper! Smith and Moorehouse trailhead in campground...nice trail. Many of the reviews mention camp hose "Liz"...she did not disappoint. She went above and beyond by having and up-to-date site availability listing including recent cancellations so we knew where we could move for the extra night.

The only negative for us was the difficulty backing our 24' camper into site 20, loop A. Details said it would fit...it fit, but it took a lot of maneuvering around rocks to back it in. Had to parallel park our truck over a boulder. We have this trouble on occasion when site details/description don't match reality. We had fantastic time otherwise and our initial frustration was was quickly forgotten. Will make it a point to make this an annual trip!
