We have been camping at CC a couple times a year for the last few years. When we arrive, our site is clean, fire pit shoveled out and we are ready to set up. This time, we had a total 5 sites for our family (the group site was booked-but empty) when we arrived, I was shocked by how overgrown everything was. I understand that it is camping, in the woods, however, if you are paying to stay at a "managed" campground, it should look managed. Some of the grass and weeds were higher than my knee. The fire pits were not shoveled (we had to ask for ours to be shoveled as it was at least 3 inches high of ash-and we forgot our shovel) we also had to pick up trash..We love CC and will continue to stay here, but I think maybe the new hosts should do a bit more managing/cleaning the sites and a bit less driving around the loops, in an effort to maintain what CC "used" to be like.

employees are friendly up there. Many river to go near the campsite. fire is low if you use campfire. you can cook on fire. table is there already. good space for camping. Stayed one night but end up stay other night. We will be back for sure! We saw male cow taht walked through the campsite. Bear county, they have locker for your things to hold at your campsite. Trash nearby and have water there. Bathroom is clean often. beautiful place to be. We are reccomending it to everyone.

The bathrooms were extremely clean! The camp host in loop B was such a nice and helpful man! Beautiful campground and I will definitely be back!
