We enjoyed our stay. We had originally hoped to stay longer, but health issues cut the stay short. Still, we were able to enjoy the time with many our RV friends for the annual Crawfish Boil. We found the park staff very helpful and friendly, and they regularly patrolled the park, which we welcomed. The sites were reasonably well maintained, but we had two heavy downpours which left a bit of standing water around some of the picnic table shelters. Our AT&T cell service was spotty (usually only one bar - and often no service). The dump station was in good condition and tidy.

The site was nice, the covered patio at our site was great. It was an easy check in process online. The camp restrooms were extremely dirty. The path down to the lake had about 50 catfish carcasses along the path that someone had taken the meat off of and left. This brought vultures.

The Cons; When we arrived there was someone already in our camp sight we were told it was double booked! Finally found another camp site parked the Rv had to leave to get a water hose, when we got back around 10:30 pm the gates were locked! Because it was a holiday it was a mad house with extra campers and vehicles making it hard to drive thru the park! The next day was better most of the campers had left the park. You can’t see the lake because of all the brush and under growth blocking the view. The grill had old meat left on it along with cans of chili! And bird poop all over the picnic tables.
Not sure if we’ll use that park again. We may try Willis creek park next time.

Always supper clean, and we like going down to the swimming beach. We love staying at Granger Lake!

Sites were well spaced and fairly level. Must have code to enter camping area. Trash dumpsters are outside the gate; the dumpster area was not well maintained. Didnt use bathroom facilities, but they were pretty old. Cant see lake from campsites, but its a short walk.

Very nice campsite and well maintained. The only issue I experienced is there is no after-hours gate code when I was there in January 2022. Internet service is not great out there for meetings and I had a late night overseas business meeting that required me to travel closer to town for faster internet service. This caused me to have to make other arrangements and I had to leave early. I think they should provide an after hour gate code for campers. If you come in on a weekday you may not see a host and it's possible someone can get stuck outside without knowledge that their gate will not work after 10pm.

Had a great stay. Park is clean, didn't make it to the restrooms this trip so can't say about those. This is one of the parks we love to visit throughout the year.

Nice.. others respect quiet time. Careful when using dump station.. it doesn’t flow well and will bubble out all over the ground.

We stayed here three yrs ago and it was very nice. It has been very disappointing our last two stays. The restrooms and showers are littered and filthy, not just one day, but the same filth 2 or 3 days in a row. It is not taken care of at all. Its a beautiful campground but we will probably not revisit because of the lack of care.

Everything at our campsite was perfect and very clean. The camp attendant was personable and efficient. We had a wonderful time.

One of our new favorites! Nice little pathways down to the water. Fun playscape for the kids and great park to ride bikes around.

Good place. One of those that contribute to the good reputation the Corps has. Large site with shelter and table, level pad.
