Large well kept facility. Good for fishing, dog walking, wildlife observing. Clean

Too many mud daubers. Got stung by a wasp and a scorpion. Just a bad time of year. Park is fine

Spots near the lake can be very windy and if the wind is wrong you can enjoy your neighbors across the way camp smoke. The park itself is well kept and the camp hosts are good.

I camped at site 3. When I arrived, there was extensive trash at the site. Cig butts, plastic bottles, aluminum foil pieces, a few old dolls, and numerous plastic wrapper pieces and other odds and ends. I took pictures upon arrival to ensure that I would not be blamed for this trash which extended down into the wooded area. I cleaned up the trash around the immediate camp site. This site should be cleaned, and each site inspected after a camper leaves. Campers should be charged a cleanup fee for any trash/site damage. Unfortunate, but some people have little regard for the environment and the animals that live there. Otherwise, I found the facility a pleasant experience. The volunteers were very pleasant as were the other campers I came in contact with. The bath houses are in need of some work, but that is probably a function of the money available. Overall, a good recreation facility serving the area.

Camp grounds was amazing. Staff was friendly. Saw all sorts of wildlife. Camp grounds was clean and grass mowed. The only problem I had was the stairs to get to the fishing area.

Campground was great and peaceful. If you are a tent camper and looking for a shower/restroom the facilities need some upgraded attention. The landscape was great and manicured.

Nice trip. Nice park. Very friendly gate attendants. Park was clean and comfortable. All the hook ups work as they should. I have no complaints

I was disappointed in our stay. We came here in 2020 and had a good experience. I liked site 3. It was nice and pretty neat how you can follow the creek to the lake. However the grass in the park was way too tall. It seemed as if it hadn’t been mowed for weeks. The swim beach was gross with old socks and trash everywhere. Our friends rented the picnic shelter and the previous users left trash out. The thing that really set me over the edge was that the showers across from the playground were dangerously hot. I couldn’t even put my head under the showerhead because it felt like I was going to burn myself let alone put my kids in that water. Our friends told the “volunteers” on Thursday night and the issue was never resolved. I also couldn’t believe the amount of tents and all the personal belongings in the rv sites.

Gorgeous location overlooking Granger Lake . Big spacious sites with your own Grill and fire pit. Great water pressure. Scenery is phenomenal!

This site is not for the elderly. Nice, and secluded, but very unlevel, and alot of step ups.Not good if you don't light up the site at night.Nice site over all! Just very unlevel. Bathrooms are not sanitized for Covid-19!!

Very peaceful (JAN) weekend getaway from the city. Lots were long & wide, which made it so much easier to back in our 40ft trailer. Definitely will be back.
