The rv site was excellent. The shelter over the picnic table came in handy with the rain we experienced during our stay. The bathroom facilities are in bad shape and need repair. The lavatory was not working. During our 4 night stay and dont think the facility was cleaned once.

First night, we were in Site #052. There was a good breeze and view of the lake and not much traffic. We were told on Saturday this site was reserved by someone else…no problem. We moved to Site #047. More campers moved into the park and things began to get crowded and noisy. Anyway, this site has a problem with the electrical service as we lost power three times during the night and made it very warm and uncomfortable inside our trailer. And, to add to it, the people who were supposed to live into Site #052, never showed up.

Love Jim Hogg. It may be right down the road from my house but it is still camping. During the warmer months Jim Hogg is my preferred campground since you have access to the water right off the waterfront sites.

Beautiful water views and spacious sites! Quiet place to relax and let children play. This location is pretty close to the city which gives you quick access to grocery stores and other places like gas stations.

One of the nicest COE parks we've stayed at. Park nicely kept up. Large camping sites. Sites on the water or with a water view.

They finally got the security gate fixed. I have been told they are going to start to update the restrooms. I won't hold my breath. In the mens room, a few of the hand wash sinks don't work. I just learned the restrooms are cleaned only 3 times a week. We use our trailer's restroom for most of our business.The back in sites are easy to get into. Usually plenty of room for 2 vehicles. The water/electric has always been good with no issues. Plenty of water pressure and this site had both 50 & 30 amp service.This is always our go to place for a quick get away.

Always nice and relaxing here. The only thing I wish they had is a playground, so the kids had something to do then it would be perfect!!

Clean restrooms, great campsites near lake with covered picnic table and work area, fire pit and bar b que grill, what more could you ask. Had a great time.
