Fairly quiet and peaceful park. Very large so normally spaces available. Toilet blocks can be quite far away if you don't pick the right spot.

Campground sites are very nice. A mix of tree sites and open sites near the lake. Each site has a covered picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal grill.
The bathrooms were a different story. Very dirty and smells of old urine. Trash was picked up but it never is cleaned.

The park itself was great, clean, etc.With the drought we've had, lake level was very low Would have been VERY hard to get my kayak down to the water and back up to my truck.I do not have a kayak cart

Very well-maintained park, lot of trails and wildlife. The beach area of the lake was decent, they provide life vests there. Our campsite was clean, and our site was close to the bathrooms and also in a very quiet wooded area. We will be definitely coming back to this park to stay again.

Clean and well kept. The showers were clean as were the toilets. Because you are allowed pets, there were some campers who allowed their dogs to bark and bark while they were chained up outside their campers. This was very annoying. It got so bad that I wanted to call a ranger but there was no phone number provided. I will come back to this park.

Great park, good facilities, and ample wildlife. Some signs that campers need a little more education about cleaning up after themselves, especially at the lakeside sites. Found significant plastic and metal trash along the shore.

Well maintained facilities, spacious camp sites. Clean park with lots of wildlife, especially deer. Relaxing escape. No crowds during the week, only near capacity on weekends.

The park is nice and the host are all friendly. The bathroom could be cleaned better. Even after they were cleaned they were still dirty.
