Spot 32 was amazing! Beautiful sunset views and right on the edge of the lake! Just lovely!

This is a lovely campground close to Austin. We enjoyed staying right on the lake. We appreciated the nice covered picnic areas each site has. The whole campground was quiet and clean. Big rig friendly!

We had a great time camping and fishing. I came out early to get gate code because I had a late ballgame. I was not told I needed a different code for actual park entrance. It took about 30 min to get in

We love the view of the Lake. A very short walk to the water. This is our 2nd visit and absolutely love it. Clean and the folks who host the campground are so nice.

Stopped overnight in our hike around the lake. Pretty spot on the water. Was surprised how crowded it was

My stay at Jim Hogg park was enjoyable. The maintenance of the restrooms could have been better but that was mostly attributed to lack of staff (did not see any staff my entire stay)

We love Jim Hogg SP. It was clean. There was some people there who let their dogs run loose and they were good dogs and they stayed close to their camp but I did see the dogs take a dump and the owners did not see them so it did not get cleaned up. We had our dogs with us but took them home because they dont like being on a lease and we know the rules. I did see a park host talking to them but not sure what they said to them but they still left their dogs run loose. I should have turned them in but I didnt.
