Carol, the volunteer host was not helpful. Campground clean enough and well spaced. Some roads could be patched or resurfaced.

Love Jim Hogg Park, only criticism is that public seems to reserve campsites then not show up, leaving the site unoccupied when so many others would like to camp there

Our spot at Jim Hogg park was clean and the park is easy to navigate. The one thing that we didn't like was that the weeds at the campsite were very high, guess the park doesn't maintain the sites in that way.

The sites are nice with covered picnic areas. I liked using the code to enter camping area. The bathroom facilities are old and need updating. There was no soap in the bathrooms and they could have been kept a little cleaner.

We enjoy the grounds, clean and well kept throughout.
Most people adhere to quite hours and are respectful to all.

Very clean campsite. We enjoyed how spaced out the individual campsites were. Beautiful spot. The covered Picknick tables and the bbq were definitely a plus as well. Our family really enjoyed the stay. :)

Everything was great! Very socially distanced spots. Beautiful view. Deer wondered through campsite! Coyotes howled at night in the distance. Pad could have been a little more level...#65.
