Clean campground with tons of spaces. Full hook ups for $26! Great deal, cant wait to come back!

The grass surrounding our camp spot was over shoulder high and with it that high brings snakes! Even at the camp site it was between ankle and calf high. With the camp hosts there they should have been able to cut the grass. And OMG the bathrooms were completely disgusting!!!. The trails were too high of grass to watch out for snakes and we had to clean out tables the concrete. It could have been better. And the number we are given to call NO ONE ANSWERS

Excellent camp ground, extremely clean, beautiful and space between camp spots is awesome. The staff is kind and helpful, we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The site was spacious and we liked that the picnic tables were covered. We had a good view of the lake and enjoyed the wildflowers and birds.

The park was very nice and quiet the only thing that was a disappointment was that the park had not been mowed around the RV Slots and Picnic Table Pavilions in quite some time. The Park Staff and Work Site Campers where Fantastic.

Many sites had waterfront views and the sunrises/sunsets were spectacular. The showers were in need of cleaning and didnt have shower curtains or hooks. A button had to be pressed to run the water which would run for a minute or two before it had to be pressed again. For a beautiful city of Georgetown, this campground didnt fit the bill. The Mariachi de Jalisco Mexican Restaurant, just three miles from Jim Hogg Campground, made our stay worthwhile.

The site we had was great. Covered area for eating and hanging out. Right along the water for fishing and kayaking. Was the perfect spot. A little far from the restrooms but worth the walk for the location.

Our campsite didn't have any shade trees, and the weather for early June was crazy hot. 101 on Tuesday. The pop-up a/c just couldn't keep up. Lesson learned. Find a spot with shade in the summer. But the water was fun and the campsite was well kept. The mowers came and trimmed the grass and we had the picnic table in the covered area for some shade. We're going back for another week later in the summer. The other campers maintained their Covid distance and so did we. I liked it.

Beautiful view, covered picnic tables at each site, easy access to dump station with our 40' fifth wheel. Most sites big rig friendly.

Very peaceful and the campsites have a beautiful view of the lake.
