Cedar Breaks Park was a fun campout for our Boy Scout Troop. Many of the campsites are right along the lake with beautiful views. We did a 5 Mile round trip hike to Crockett Garden Falls, which everyone loved. Our campsite had electricity and water and a covered picnic table area - everything was great! We will definitely return to this park for camping.

Good park, dont arrive late- they dont even send you a gate code - better not arrive after the office closes, a visit to the camp host will be required if you do. Also bring your own soap if using the facilities- none at sink. Gross.

This site was breathtaking especially with a lake few and all the surrounding forestry. Quiet, Clean, Peaceful secluded park. Security patrols conducted made me feel safe and secure. BJ the volunteer that greets you as you arrive, was so help explaining the layout and rules of the park and also how to make reservations to camp overnight. I will return to this location again.

Great park.

Would like to suggest trimming trees that hang over RV's. Spot 20, it was difficult to open both slides on electric/water side due to limbs were not cut all the way back to tree.

It is a beautiful place. Unfortunately the USACE is not allocating resources to this and its sister parks on this lake. There is trash everywhere, people speed through the park, and dogs off leash. I feel sorry for the volunteers working there. I visited this park years before and it used to not be like this. I will continue to go and do my small part by picking up trash around my camp site but USACE should step up.

Quiet, shady and comfortable place to camp. Campsites come with large fire rings and picnic table shelter.

Campsites are well spaced and fairly level. Fishing pier nearest the campground is a very steep therefore a bit dangerous. Only accessible shore fishing is along the lake near the day use area.

We recently bought a Travel Trailer and needed to test our camping skills close to home, so we chose Cedar Breaks. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Another camper graciously helped me negotiate backing into our campsite. The site was lovely, under mature trees with a view of Lake Georgetown. We spent most of one day hiking the trails of the San Gabriel River. This trip was a learning experience and prepared us for future adventures.

The park was great during the week, a little busy on the weekends but that is to be expected. The trees are great and nice view of the lake. Close to town for restaurants, etc.

We were assigned site 20. The site was clean, shaded, and featured a nice pavilion and picnic table. Beautiful view of the lake. Will reserve this site again.

Park was clean. Gate people were friendly. Only issue was the fire pit was not cleaned out.
