Beautiful park with many nice shaded campsites. Some would be difficult to level your RV in, because of the slope. Bathrooms really could use an upgrade and cleaning on a more regular schedule. We enjoyed our visit and will be going back.

One of the most beautiful parks in the Texas parks system. The sites were mostly level, not too close together and plenty of trees for shade. The night sky was breathtaking.

Site 49 was ideal for my 28' trailer. My stay was during the ice storm and no branches fell on my site. Park hosts came by to make sure water was disconnected and dripping to prevent freezing. Plenty of activities and shopping close by.

One of the few COE parks where most of the trees are still standing, and one of the nicest I have been to. Campsites are at least part shaded by cedars. Easy access to bike trail that follows a green belt and goes into Georgetown. Also a nice hiking trail on the south side of the lake. The bathrooms were a bit far from the campsite. The sinks are small, prison grade with push buttons to get whatever temp water comes out of the spout. No counters or hooks to place/hang toiletries or towels.

Very disappointed in the Core of Eng parks on Lake Georgetown. Rangers now interpret the rules that you can only camp at one of the parks for 14days per month. (We are getting our home repaired so moving from one park to another has been very helpful) But now we are kicked out! Rules seem to be inconsistent, we have seen others do it for many weeks now! But to be frank not sure the parks are run that well, bathrooms always seem to need attention, gate attendants are scarce except on the weekends. Will not be my first choice to camp in the future!

Park was in need of work. Trees were overgrown and did not allow decent access to parking pads. Grass needed to be cut all around the park. We did enjoy our stay once we were parked.

We enjoy Cedar Breaks because it’s clean, well kept, near the lake so we can fish easily. Plan on continuing to come here.
