I love the price. This is a great value and I really appreciate it. The campsites were not crowded when we were there. The park roads are in pretty bad shape you can navigate your RV but you'll need to go slow. Sites are big enough for most any RV. Power (30 & 50 amp) and water are available at each site. There is a common waste dump. Oddly, the water and power on opposite sides of the sites. The restrooms could have been cleaner but they were acceptable.

Its a nice place with a comfortable and flat spaces for tents. All the spots are clear and comfortable. Be ready to defend yourself from raccoons and mosquitoes cause the forest is pretty close.Theres also a water supply and power outlets which made our stay amazing and wonderful!

The scenery at Magnolia Ridge makes it worth a visit. All the cypress and huge magnolia trees are beautiful. I liked having a covered picnic table and the pad was level, but the area between the two was a little muddy. Perhaps a new application of gravel would help. Keep a careful watch for alligators and wild pigs. Keep your dogs and children away from the edge of the swamp.

This is one of my favorite COE campgrounds. Decent cell service most of the time. Well maintained.

Nice campground! Even saw a mama bear with her 5 or 6 Cubs!

Clean, pretty park. Large sites, nice staff.
I’d love to visit again if it wasn’t so far from home.

We had a very nice time there and the park is kept very clean. The hosts are all very friendly and make you feel welcome. There is plenty of open space and the park is quiet.
