Quiet area, grounds are well kept, the sites are spacious, and the bathhouse had hot showers and was kept clean.

Hosts here are great. We were greeted shortly after we parked. Our site, 33, was right on the water. There are also some nice hiking trails.

Park was very clean and well maintained. Park hosts were great, very helpful and friendly. The park is beautiful and the stocked fishing pond was a hit with the kids. Will definitely return.

Our favorite COE Park! We love Magnolia Ridge! It is such a relaxing place to watch for alligators, see the stars at nite, enjoy the spacious sites and meet new neighbors. Two towns, Jasper and Woodville, are close and have everything you need. The camp volunteers, the Millers and Landrys are THE BEST!! They keep that entire Park in top-notch condition and are proud of it. They are friendly and helpful. Well be back to this 10+ park!Drummonds
