Clean, easy to access, not too cramped between camping locations.

The elderly lady at the front gate I dont remember her name, but she has a very poor attitude and she acts like she owns the place and talks down to people that come to the gate to visit us when were camping. If you have a complaint youll know which lady Im talking about

The lake and campground are both beautiful, with nice facilities. I could only rate it 3 stars out of 5 though, because I left some of my camping gear on the site table and, while I was away during the day, it was all stolen.

Went out for Thanksgiving and enjoy some family time together. The weather was great and the park was clean and well taken care of.

Really enjoy Holiday Park. Close to home, 13 miles and with and with $3.27 a gallon gas save’s money.

We camp here often ... the only issue this last time is that it got chilly from storm that rolled in and we were under a burn ban. Camp hosts are very nice. I wish golf carts were allowed at holiday park - i cant walk far but love riding around the lake near the rv.

Holiday Park is really more like multiple parks. The southern most area is relatively densely packed with some sites on the lake and other on traditional loops. The northern parts of the park stretch along the lake in either long loops or clusters of 2-3 more secluded sites.
You want the northern sites, for sure.

We arrived a few weeks after the big freeze in 2021. The nice man at the gate informed us that the bathrooms in the southern loop had suffered broken pipes and were unavailable. Some facilities on the northern part were still functioning. Our first visit to the open bathroom/shower was disturbing. They looked like no one had cleaned them in a very long time. Disgusting, really.
A few days later, the trash had been picked up in the bathrooms and showers and the surfaces had been cleaned. Superficially, at least. Be warned.

Holiday Park has 7 miles of roads within their boundaries and those of the "other" Holiday Park, immediately north, on the other side of a gate that allows bikes and pedestrians through. It's a lot of land, for sure.
As COE parks go, this one is in greater need of financial investment than the dozen or so other parks we've seen in the last year. If they fix the place up, it's well located and occupies some really nice land.
