It was a lovely spot yet when I arrived I noticed the water Spicket was pointing straight up in the air. I mentioned it to the lady at the front gate and was told that it would not be changed.It was unfortunate that I could hardly use it to wash my dishes. This is unacceptable.

This is quickly becoming our favorite local campground! Very peaceful, lots of deer, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

Peaceful campground with very clean restroom. Park rangers are very polite. Site is very nice though some of it are not leveled, we stayed here using our tent. Nonetheless, weve enjoyed our stay and Im looking forward to camp again on this campground

We had site 59 reserved and it was canceled. We had a large group for thanksgiving dinner and couldnt use the shelter on 59. There was a problem with the electrical. We could have used it anyway. There was over a month to fix the problem but wasnt. I find that very poor work by the COE

Gate attendants are very friendly. Love this nice long parking spots for the RV, truck and extra car.

In site 52, we had plenty of elbow room. We were in the shade and had a terrific view of the lake.The campground is very large with a North and South campground. Each had multiple loops. Entrance to the campground is vis the south entrance. The north entrance is not open. We did not use the restroom or shower facilities but looking inside, they were bad. Real bad. These facilities are so outdated and in need of immediate repair. The bathroom does not have a sink or a door. You need to go to the shower (seperate entrance) for the sink.

Friendly staff. Sites are clean & have updated electrical connections. We left site to run an errand and when we came back it took around 15 minutes to get back in. It would be nice to have an entry for if your already checked in to avoid time delays.

Have stayed at this park several times as an adult, and countless times growing up as a kid. Always a great experience with a great and friendly staff. The bath and shower houses need some updating and TLC, but that aside I love this park

Nice campground. Good spacing between sites. Some have good shade. Our site required minimal leveling, but not bad. I gave the campground 5 stars, but maybe 4 is more appropriate due to ta few minor issues. The bathrooms and bath houses are in need of some serious upgrading and cleaning. I didn't use the showers, and only used the bathroom once. We were in a 5th wheel, so we had our own shower and bathroom, but if I was tent camping or otherwise had to depend on those bathrooms/showers, I probably would have moved to a different campground. The only other thing that make me scratch my head was that the dump station near the entrance wasn't level. Depending on where your waste tanks and tank drain holes are located you may or may not be able to completely drain your tanks unless you turn around and point your rig in the other direction. Also, one of the water spigots at the dump station was broken. Again, the campground itself was great and I would stay here again. It would be nice, however, if they could address the bathroom issues.

We are not self-contained so we chose a campsite near the restrooms. There was no working toilet in the mens and only one working in the ladies restroom but you had to step over a stream of water coming from the bottom of the non working toilet. And when we were at our campsite and the wind blew (almost a constant), all we could smell was sewage.Our campsite was littered with cigarette butts that l picked up. I asked a maintenance person about the bathrooms and he was quite rude in his answer. The gatekeeper said that parts had been ordered for months.I would not recommend this ACOE. The other ACOEs are quite lovely.

We had site 52. Great shad trees and lots of open space for kids to play. Good spot to set out and look at the lake. The week we had the weather took a turn and it got cold. But like everyone will tell you the worst day at the lake if better then a great day at work. My wife grew up at this RV park and she has storys from all over the 90 plus sites. Love it and will be back.
