Excellent park. New restrooms well maintained. Nice camp spots, level and well taken care of. Very friendly park staff. Very nice place. Verizon service was great.

Nice site. Deer and turkey walk through. New set of bathrooms are nice. Not real hot water for showers. First bathrooms by checkin office are discussing and toilet and sinks falling off the walls.

We simply love this park. There have been good upgrades to the showers and restrooms. We try to stay here each time we are in the FTW area. That is getting harder to do as more people are becoming aware of this gem.

No hot water in the showers

We've stayed at South Holiday Park several times and have always had an excellent stay. This time it would have been excellent as well except the showers located near the cabins did not have any hot water and the women's were infested with wasps! The weather was about 40 degrees and a hot shower would have been really nice. The other showers located near the gate had only 'warm' water. The park itself is really peaceful and quiet with rv spots spaced generously. Since our last stay a year ago, the power pedestals have been upgraded and include lights.

Great park! The staff was friendly and site was clean. We took the grandkids and they had a good time. This was not our first time here and will not be our last.

Great COE park with excellent proximity to Fort Worth. Large sites and beautiful grounds. It’s our go to park when we visit family in the Fort Worth area. Haven’t used the restrooms so I can’t comment on them. There’s a double lane dump but only the left side has a working rinse water spigot and both are uphill. Great security measures, you are locked out after 10 pm, so plan accordingly.

We loved our campsite, #48. Every encounter with the staff was wonderful. They were friendly, professional and very helpful. I wish this campground was closer to our home in Woodstock, GA, so we could visit again and again.

Spring break was very busy! The sites were large and despite the fact it was full of spring breakers it was very peaceful.

The campsite was in need of being mowed and the fire pit was full of ashes. The hiking trails were over grown, the bathhouse in our loop was closed as was the playground. It just seemed to be under maintained.

The camp was convenient to get to, check in and check out were straightforward, and everything was explained carefully. However, the whole camp looks a little seedy. Needs a good cleaning and rehab.

One of my favorite properties - clean and serene. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I always hate to leave. But I'll always be back in a few months!

Restroom need to be clean and shower water is hot in the summer You can barely take a shower
