Always well maintained, clean and polite staff. We frequent this park and our favorite spot is site 54 (Holiday, Texas in Benbrook. However, that site is no longer bookable online. It is X d out for as far as you search. This is one of the nicer sites in the park and we have been advised that it is now used for OVERFLOW. Please reconsider this decision and make another site that is a bit less desirable designated as overflow. We look forward to our next trip there and hopefully can book site 54. Thank you for listening

This is a great campground. Most sites have trees and many a lake view. Bathrooms are always clean. Good walking trail. Its my home campground, the place I go to relax and get away.

We stay at this park several times a year and love it. Hosts are very friendly, spots are always clean and well maintained. Park is quiet and is a great place to camp and ride bikes. Our favorite spots are 48/49. Both spots have huge oak trees that shade the entire pad. And if you want to go to town, Ft. Worth is minutes away.

We stayed at the South Campground mid-March 2021. It was full and the staff said it had been full every week the past year. The sites are very spacious however that is all the campground has going for them. Our site had a huge tree right over our camper that we were concerned would fall during the storm. The bathrooms are HORRIBLE, some of the worst we have ever been at. There arent any sinks in them and they are never cleaned or sanitized and only periodically stocked with toilet paper. Whether during Covid or not bathrooms should be cleaned normally at least 1x/day...thats kind of a standard, this place only had half stalls functioning and like I said never cleaned. We stayed 4 nights as there wasnt anywhere else to go, did check out a day early.

Nice park,quite,wasn't crowded.Poor maintenance,grass needs mowing,boat boarding dock broke in half.
