Host was very nice. The campground itself was overgrown with weeds. Bathrooms were closed. The pull through site we recommend NOT using. It was a challenge and ended up trashing our front stabilizers. We saw a 5th wheel bottom out and crush the entrance to their site. Most sites were not leave and all the grass needed mowing with knee high weeds. Flies were pretty bad as well. Lovely views of the water is the only positive from this experience. This is the first COE we will never return to.

Very nice smaller park on a lake. Went during weekdays, so hardly anyone there. Park employees/volunteers were helpful and friendly.

Beautiful campground. Being the off season and during a cold snap there were many open spaces. All of the camp host that I had the pleasure of talking to were extremely helpful and friendly.

I have been coming there for many years. The bathrooms between 8 and 9 used to be so clean. For the past 3 years they stay full of spiders and webs. So bad you can't sit on the toilet with one touching you. They used to power wash them every morning. And cleaned them now I hate even walking in there. Please clean those bathrooms a good power wash would do wonders.

Our site was a pull through site that was not level, needs more asphalt and not fifth wheel friendly. We had to wedge ourself into the site and hooking up to leave was a chore! That being said, the park is clean and beautiful.

Very nice quiet place

Beautiful views and utilities work well. However, if you need a somewhat level site without bar ditches next to the driveway, then select a site #40 or higher. The staff is first rate at this park.

Terrific staff-one of the friendliest we’ve encountered and that’s matched only by the beauty of the lake and surrounding area. All the campsites allow for some view of the lake. It’s quiet, family friendly and has boar ramps and playground areas for the kids.
The cons: One of the two restrooms is in really bad shape. The other has been renovated to a degree but is single use. The shower is great, though. And speaking of sewage - the few sites with sewer hookups were poorly designed. Let’s just say water doesn’t run uphill very well. Use some ingenuity when hooking up. You’ll need it.
We will stay there again next time we visit family in the area. It’s a keeper despite the lack of facilities.

Site 9 is the worst, right by restroom, which stinks and the site is backwards for Class A. Sewer hook up in close proximity of picnic table. Shortened trip from 7 nights to 1 night.

I had a great time. I just wish I knew the public restrooms were going to be closed so I would have prepared differently.

Fantastic park. We stayed in site 09, which is shown to be a 100ft pull through. The only real issue was that it may be 100 foot, but it is in the shape of a "C" so it reduces the available area for the trailer to be leveled. It took about 3 inches of blocks to level side to side and you had about 18 inches step up to the first trailer step, which was off the pavement. Our trailer was a 29 foot unit so a shorter unit would work well in this site. Site had great water pressure and the voltage was constant with no low/high voltage noticed.Had great cell phone reception (Verizon) at the site, but there were dead spots found in the park while we walked the dogs.
