Liberty Hill Park is one of the nicest parks in central Texas. Friendly staff, scenic views and perfect place to relax

Nice park, large and sites are pretty well spaced. Three sections, one in deep forest and one on the banks of the lake and one on a finger which is mostly for small rigs and close to the bait store. We stayed at the look near the banks so that we could swim right behind our 5th wheel. Little shade (but some) lots of grass area and good 50 amp so A/C was used a lot (we were here in August). There is a swim area but it was being repaired because of the recent storms and flooding it was mostly dirt, a couple of young boys were playing in the mud and having a great time. Small play set near this swim area. Good bike riding areas as the park is large, rangers are friendly. Good water pressure, We enjoyed ourselves here and would come back. Husband fished and we enjoyed getting into the lake for a cool off. Our only complaint is a lack of mowing!! Grass is long which makes it really hard to pick up dog poo (can't find it) but that's really the only major complaint.

Love this place. Bath houses are best kept around. Park has been doing some upgrades with picnic covers and tables. Will be going back

The facility was well maintained, and except for the weather we had a wonderful time

During the pandemic we dont use the facilities. The host is always helpful. We have never had problems with ants. Many of the spaces are not level but we compensate. We always enjoy our time here.

We didnt use the bathrooms but had a peninsula to ourselves. Sites are not close to level. The staff at the desk were great.
