I drove from Big Bend National Park to Midway. I saw they had pull through so I got it since it was dark. In the morning saw what a beautiful little campground it is on the lake!!

Better than any of the private RV parks. I stayed in a 43' motorhome. Had full hookups w/ 50 amp elect. Price is $36/night but with senior pass was $18/ night. Beautiful park. You will like it.

We love COE parks, and Midway surely did not disappoint.. Especially loved the Live Oak picnic grove..

Very nice park. We have stayed in approximately 10 different COE Parks. The bathroom and showers are nice. Water was hot. Need to bring your own soap to wash hands after using the facilities. Unfortunately, probably because of vandalism, they do not have soap dispensers. There are about 7 sites with full hook ups. We were here for 10 days for the eclipse. Very easy access to Waco shopping.As always the price was right with COE Parks.

nice pull thru site for our big Rig towing. We decided to stay and go to the Magnolia Market and Silos. that was something I have always wanted to do.

We were thrilled that our site had 50 amp electric, water & sewer! We have a senior National Park Pass so we got our site for half price which made us even more thrilled! We had easy access to all the places we had planned to viisit in the Waco area and the personnel at the gate were very helpful as well. They gave us suggests of places to eat etc which made our time inWaco even more enjoyable. The lake was a perfect backdrop for a view and we enjoyed watching the sun set each evening. Without question, we will come back to Midway RV Park.Jim & Kathryn McGee

We love this small park. Staff is very welcoming and very hospitable. Only issue is the sewer is too far back from the other hook-ups. Still, we love to stay here. Nicely groomed.

This is a nice park and we have stayed there several times to visit family in Waco. The location is excellent and easy access to shopping. The only negatives are the ants and the limited 50 amp sites. The ants have been an issue on every visit. There are both fire ants and sugar ants and they get into the coach each time we stay. The sand and gravel surface under the picnic tables seems to attract the ants and needs to be treated. Also, there are only six 50 amp sites so you have to reserve them early.

The park is well maintained and safe. It is very convenient for trips in the area.

Midway could use a little love. There are many missing roofs (I assume from storms) and the bathroom is clean but needs some maintenance. Our campsite was very well kept. Hosts were very nice. The area is off a very busy highway and a little scary to turn into with an RV. Overall it is a nice campground but in a very busy area.
