We loved it here! My family and I camped out here during MLK weekend. I loved that we were allowed to check in on a Saturday and stay until Monday. Most Campgrounds require Friday check ins and if it is a holiday weekend you must stay 3 days. This worked out since we only wanted to stay 2 days. Nice staff, decent bathrooms, fire pit has a grill attached so we did not need your personal grill. T201 and T202 is perfect for a family camping together since they are so close to eachother. We did walk to check out the other campsites and they are pretty close together but not secluded from others so in busier seasons you may experience crowds or noise. It was a very peaceful and quiet MLK weekend.The only complaint we had was parking is not a drive thru you'd imagine it's park wherever you can. Tricky for lower cars and perfect for trucks.

Hello, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this campground! The views were amazing, and the weather was perfectso unexpectedly warm. The campground itself was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when directing me to my site.Happy New Year Everyone!!

Showers on tent side needs attention bad. And ants were very bad on the raillings and the wood frameing. Bathrooms need to cleaning better. The mans shower only worked on very hot and the ladys shower was cold. Tile was missing on the shower walls very easy fix. And the bathroom's on tent side had no ac but on rv side the bathrooms had ac. But it is still a nice tent camping spot lake is very nice and good fishing.

Love camping here. Spots 201 and 202 are well suited for large families though you can only camp on the designated spots. Bathroom and showers were kept clean during the weekend we were there. Overall I would definitely recommend camping here.

I have been camping at Johnson Creek Campground for years in the T2 tent area and the bathrooms there are deplorable and getting worse. There was not a working shower on the women's side and there is a toilet that has been leaking for years. Please invest some money in repairing this bathroom. Being in the tent area, it is probably used more than any of the others.

Check in fast, easy and so very friendly. No other tent campers at time so park was very quiet and serene. Camp is clean and plenty to do. Beautiful views no matter site you are at (I had T202). And visits by all the deer are amazing! Come enjoy!!

The spot was good only complaint was the pictures when I booked the spot were out dated and there were no details wether they spot was a drop it seem to be right on the water but when I got there there it really wasn’t fishable from the bank but it was a good spot for me and my 2 friends

I've camped at the park long ago and recently camped there again. The park has good fishing along the banks and plenty of good sites to camp in. There is abundant nature to see and paved roads to walk along. Most of the campers are friendly as well as the folks who work there. I always enjoy camping there.

This was our first time to go camping. Alex answered all my crazy questions. Bathrooms were clean, the camp grounds were very well kept and we had a peaceful weekend. We cant wait to go again.
