Great scenery, well kept camp, staff is pro-children no matter the age. Very nice.

We had a wonderful experience at Johnsons Creek. We camped in a tent on a nice camp site that had electric and water. The Ants were really bad so you have to make sure you have nothing left out on the tables or on the ground. I would suggest bringing ant killer to spray around the table. We were also in a drought, so that didn't help either. There was plenty enough shade and the air coming off of the lake was cool. The camp sites are a little to close in my opinion, but everyone was nice. The bathrooms are nice. There is AC and Hot water. Very clean. The lake was very clean and cool, even though it was a 100+ degrees outside. Very nice nature trails as well, best to walk early in the morning. We will certainly go again.

Campgrounds were very nice. Sites were all beautiful. Views of the lake were gorgeous. There were wooden railings around the tent site. It was mostly quiet at night with one exception, this past weekend, but that was over quickly. Bathrooms by site T206 needed some attention. One of the womens toilet stall doors was dangling off. One of the womens shower stalls was infested with ants. And the electrical outlet in that bathroom did not work at all. Also, it says electric only, but there was a share water spigot between my site and the one to the south of me. So there is water access between two tent sites, at least at T206. I will definitely book there again.

The tent spot was too small and full of a bunch of rocks
