No security at the park. No tags for inside your vehicle or any other method to insure that you are a paying guest. No check in at the gate and no gates period at the entrance. Strong smell of marijuana at the boat ramp and at least one site. Ive been camping at Sandy Creek for 40+ years and have never seen it like this.

Dump station out of operation which made it very inconvenient. Should have been notified of this before driving 5 hour to camp here. I would have selected a different location

Hard to relax when I couldn't get a site formore than two days in the row .

Beautiful and clean campgrounds. enjoyed watching the alligators.

Would be nice to have kiosks in the park identifying & explaining snakes , birds, reptiles, plants.
