park was clean--staff was professional and helpfull---bathrooms need repair--toilet out of service---how much dose a replacement mirror cost ???

Coordinates provided for site 50 was wrong. View of lake from site 50 is excellent! Two star rating because restrooms have stainless steel toilets that look worse than a vacated prison. The restrooms were not very clean. Several campers running around with unleashed dogs. One of those unleashed dogs tried to attack my leashed dog. We left three days early. Cell phone coverage excellent with Verizon at site 50.

Love the lake side sites. A word of caution, a camper that frequents this park for extended stays helps himself to other peoples things.

We loved our stay! Sites are huge and we had a beautiful view of the lake. Backing up the trailer is easy and the parking pads are large and level. We enjoyed the trail that will connect you with Martin Dies Jr. campground and further trails, if desired. Their is a great butcher in Jasper, Jasper Quality Meats Inc. - not the one of the same name that includes a smokehouse, very friendly staff and great steaks. We also enjoyed the vibe and food at Texas Wine Shop and Bistro. Most of their wines are on the sweet side but we managed to find one that was a little more dry, and more to our tastes. The pizza flatbreads are very good.

Bring raccoon food (marshmallows) , and keep everything picked up you don't want the raccoons to get in. Bring a table cloth for the picnic table.

Heavy rain prior had my campsite #50 with standing water on both sides. Camped with 3 other couples & had good time fellowshipping. Spacious sites & 3 of us had waterfront sites that were great views of the water & fantastic sunsets.

Nice sized camp sites, nice picnic table covers, nice views of the lake. Some sites on the lakeside are facing West & sunsets across the water are awesome!

Beautiful campground. We had a great site. Lots of room and a good Road to exercise walk. Only complaint I have is the dogs. People next to us brought two big fierce ones that they had to keep chained and were constantly asking them to be quiet. Think number and size should be limited in all parks

Sites are spacious and comfortable. Host was super, very friendly and helpful. Great for biking.
