We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The lake scenery was beautiful. But sad to report that our spot was not cleaned and prepared for our arrival. For instance the previous campers children used the concrete for a chalk board. The chalk art was still there. The spot had not been blown off. The grass was extremely tall. It had not been mowed. Then I noticed the attendant came and prepared a spot a few spots away , by mowing it and blowing it off. My neighbor was just as disappointed as I was. Because we noticed it wasnt just our spots with high grass. Like I said. We enjoyed our time. We just would like a clean spot next time.

It was super cold and rainy but the park and spots were fantastic. Cant wait to go back when its warmer.

Sandy Creek is an older park that's hung in there through the years. The wind wasn't our friend for getting on the water this weekend, but we still had a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Very nice campground. It was very relaxing and quiet. Will definitely be going back!

The sites are very nice and not crowded together. The host were helpful. It was nice to have a canopy over the picnic table. My only negative was the age and condition of the bathrooms and showers. Toliets were constantly plugged up and the fixtures were old and corroded, basically they need to be bulldozed and replaced.
