Sandy Creek is a great campground for RV'ers. The lake is beautiful and grounds are well kept.

Wonderful simple campsite by the lake. Not too close to neighbors. All services functional. Shower needs some work though.

Good facilities, short visit but park seemed to be well maintained. Couple of road miles off the main highway kinda rough but I doubt the park can do much about that. BUT, no (visible to me) signage on the highway !? Nor at an intersection en route.

Mixed reviews from folks on this particular site. My family and I loved it. Lots of room. Yes there is a blacktop road near it but it's 98% traffic from the park that you would encounter inside the park also. We like to let some music play and it was nice there is no one around to feel like we are bothering. The bathroom right next door is not in best of shape although usable. It's more of a glorified port a potty really. But tip... Although there is other bathrooms right inside the park, Go back the other way from park and go over the little creek and take a left to the sites in the 70s. They have two private heated shower toilet areas. It's just a couple minutes away by car. Very enjoyable stay for us. Nice covered concrete picnic table area. Fire pit and even another whole setup right next to it you can use as site 7 is closed to renters.

Nice quiet campground. Only complaint was the location of the dump station.

We have a popup and our sight was extremely far from the bathroom. We were in sight 8 which appears to be outside the park. Inside the park is nice and well maintained but be sure you dont pick the first 9 spots. Many of the sights are on the lake. Our sight was not cleaned at all. I felt like I just pulled off the road instead of paying for a sight

The campsite was perfect! Loved the pull thru site for my RV. Made it easy to get in and out. Upon our arrival, the Camp Host came by and changed out the sign on the post to "Occupied". They were very nice. The campgrounds were clean and we really liked it here. However there's a vault toilet that's about 75' from our site and it is in dire need of repairs. There are 2 urinals in it and the pipe to one of them had rusted off and was laying on the floor. There never was any toilet paper on the mens side. Not sure about the women's. I walked to where the bathroom was that had the flushable toilets and both stalls were completely out of toilet paper! As I walked back to my site I stopped at the Camp Host site to let them know that it needed toilet paper. Both vehicles were parked at their trailer, but nobody ever came to the door, so I wasn't able to resolve that issue. Other than those 2 things, I would highly recommend this campground.

The park grounds were not very well kept. Usually when we arrive to our spot- it has been cleaned or swept up. Not this one. The bathrooms & showers were not usable- so many spider webs you could not go inside. The park host were nice though.

We just did an over-nighter but this would be a great place to spend several days. Sites are spacious and well-separated.

We like going to this campground. Our site was just before you get to the entrance kiosk (which was closed at the time), but the host Elwin came out to greet us and made sure we didn't need anything. Had a nice quiet night.
