This staff: SO incredibly helpful. Cleanliness: very clean! Site: clean and beautiful. We hope to be back soon! Thank you Mark for making our experience there (despite our campers many issues) so so so enjoyable!!!

We always enjoy our trip to this park! The only thing I see needs done is the park needs to be mowed more often! Some of the park attendants very rude! I don't like to put people down but rudiness is not very friendly for a park attendants!

A great place to go to relax and enjoy the lake! We enjoy a little fishing, our grand and great grand children enjoy swimming! We go at least 2 or 3 times a year! We love it!

Staff was EXCELLENT, tried changing site # online numerous times, unable to complete, staff came with Origional parking placard n was back in 10 minutes with new placard to change site! Very friendly and helpful couple.

Great place to camp and fish. Facilities are great and attendant's are super helpful.Would highly recommend to anyone.

So disappointed in this particular National Park (San Augustine campground in Bronson Texas). We have a 2 night reservation and went into town to get groceries today leaving behind our hose, camp chairs and leveling blocks like we have always done and have seen others do, only to come back to find it all gone. We stopped at the front window on our way back from town and said just coming back in and pointed to our tag with our camp number on it. When we asked the neighbors about it, they said maybe the park host might have picked it up. We went back to the front and Dave parked behind a black truck that was parked there. He told me to look in the back of the truck on my way to the office and sure enough our stuff was in there. I went to the window and told her we went to town and when we came back our chairs, hose and blocks were gone. She didnt say anything and the man behind didnt either, then I said the neighbors mentioned that maybe the park guy picked them up....again silence. Finally I said they are in the back of that black truck. That is when she said we thought you checked out early and he came forward. She said people dont take their motorhome in when they go to town and I pointed out that we have two nights reserved and dont have a tow vehicle. He came out and never apologized and Dave aske if this was his private vehicle and he said yes. So mad
