They really need to keep up the park better. It needed mowing and trees down all over, that really needs cleaned up. Other than that we love going to Mill Cheek.

I dont believe the restrooms or showers were cleaned the whole week we were there. Pretty much had to take toilet paper with you to the bath room. They were not restocking that either.

Grass is not mowed, trees down, dumpsters full of trash all the time.

We enjoy staying at this park, I would love if they could install speed bumps in order to slow some of the vehicles down as some of them tend to well exceed the posted speeds around the park!

Hello, we stayed in campsite 20. Camped with grandkids. The campsite needed mowed and the limbs picked up. Actually, a lot of the areas in the park need to be better maintained. Trees are down, grass knee high. Where does the money go? We have the America the Beautiful card and the cost is very low, probably just paid the electric bill. I would not mine paying more to help the park be better maintained. Thank you.

The grass was high and the bathrooms were filthy.

My family and I had a really great time until a bad storm blew in. We were in tents and had nowhere to seek shelter from what seemed like a tornado! And the weather alerts for the area was not accurate at all!!! It was very scary, I think y'all need a storm shelter for the guest that are tenting..but we had a great time other than that!

No park hosts to be found. Bathroom lights broke or not working in shower house. Large areas closed off. Facilities worn, damaged, and not clean. Very disappointed. We've never seen it so bad here.

We have been camping at Mill Creek for many years. We love the shaded spacious campsites and the ability to beach our boat next to our site for the night. Unfortunately the budget cuts have caused deterioration at the park. Some of the showers are not functioning and they are not being cleaned. Hopefully these issues can be corrected so we can continue to enjoy this and other COE parks.

I would like to see more trash cans. Everyime I walked I picked up trash, with only one place to put it at the dumpsters at the entrance to the park.The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, and kept up better. Overall it was a pleasant visit both times.

The park is beautiful,very well maintained. Even with a full park the attendant had everything ready and waiting.

The campground itself is pretty. The space between sites is nice, and there is plenty of trees and shade. The lake views are good and I didnt experience any issues. The reason for only three stars is twofold. The first is the levelness of the sites, which is poor. My site as well as all those around mine had all are pretty sloped, some to a significant degree. The second issue is the showers. Of the four available in the bathhouse nearby, only two had a usable spray. But worse was how disgusting they were. Dead cockroaches and other bugs. Brown slime and clumps of hair around the drain. Just terrible. The bathrooms needed cleaning and upgrades as well. For health reasons I dont recommend using them. The host was not the friendliest person either. Not my favorite COEs park, but not the worst Ive been in either.

Mill Creek is a beautiful park! Last time we were here, we had electric issues running our air and this year when we arrived the electric pedestal had an open ground connection, so we had to be moved to a different site. The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful with the move!When we went to dump, there was dried toilet paper all around the sewer drain.The site pads are asphalt, but many are in disrepair. The site we were moved to had a big hole in the driveway and instead of filling it they put a big white rock in it and a red brick, which was a trip hazard!Again. This park is beautiful with all the pine trees, but it needs a lot of TLC and maintained better.There were dogs running all over the park unleashed, and even though the beach was supposedly closed there were kids swimming!

Camp hosts were outstanding! Sites were spacious and clean. Bring your blocks it was a bit of work to get level. Bathrooms need updating but clean. Showers were hot.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
