We really like this campground. Spacing is great for most sites and the views of the lake, even from off lake sites, is stunning. The only downside is there's lots of air traffic going into DFW that can be noisy at times.

Easy entry, nice paved sites-but had to level quite a bit. Lovely lake views and large sites.

Sites are spaced very well and most are reasonably level. some you will have to back up hill to park so be prepared for that.
The lady at the front gate will always brow beat you about arriving early.

Great park! Happy with everything except the fact that they close the gates at 10 pm. Wish they had firewood on site for sale for people that don’t have any and the fire pits were set all the way in the ground. Nice walking trails and level sites. I’ll come back for sure!

I like that there is lots of space between lots. The covered picnic tables are really nice. Will definitely be back many times.

Quiet, good spacing between most sites and the nature is why I keep coming back time and time again.
The thing you've got to keep an eye on is the sights are nestled into the trees and can touch your rv especially slide-outs. Park could do a better job of trimming the trees.. Small ants are problematic too.
