Beautiful lake and campground. Campsites are very well separated.

Didnt realize that the landing flight path for airplanes at DFW Airport was right over the park but got used to it a bit. Denton, TX (9.5 miles away) is a fun place to tour like the historic courthouse & lots of places to eat & Beth Maries ice cream for dessert. Park is extremely well kept & clean with good roads.

It was an amazing place to stay. Only the barbecue place is a bit untidy but besides that its perfect

Clean restrooms and well maintained! It was nice and quite and didnt feel like you were so close to town.

Great Park. Clean, large sites, feels like you are miles away from the city while just a short drive from the Metroplex.

Hickory Creek Campground is well kept and beautiful. We've always had great spots, pleasant "neighbors" and everything is kept really clean. The new charcoal grills being installed are really nice and well made. We enjoy camping there very much!

Beautiful clean campground, great showers! All the campground Hosts are friendly and helpful. I was across the street from Jo and Tom, and they are fantastic!

We always love our time at Hickory Creek. The sunsets are spectacular. The camp sites are so spacious and everyone is so nice. The location is great as there is shopping and nice restaurants nearby.

Facilities were clean and the parking space was level. I was on the lake and had a great view. I would definitely come again.

Our spot #45 was perfect.. waterfront, shade, and mostly private. We went during the week and it wasn't very crowded. There was some noise from 35 and some airplanes but it didn't bother us.
