This place is beautiful. The only drawback is that not all sites have water access and we had neighbors, multiple and different ones walk through our site just to get to the water.

This is a nice, well-maintained park. We camp in a motorhome and enjoy wide spots, great water pressure, and smooth 50-amp power. It is certainly one of the best in the area.

Very clean campground with large, level, camping pads. Love the trees and the views of the lake. Peace and quiet. Wouldnt hesitate to stay there again!!!

Great location on Lake Lewisville just north of Dallas. Camp Hosts are excellent. Check in is efficient. The hosts actively monitor the park which is rare in the places I have stayed. They are friendly and helpful. The park is clean and well cared for. Bathhouses are clean and maintained. This is a feat considering the age. I have stayed here several times and will continue to go back.

We love this park and visit as often as we can even though we live nearby. Its a great local getaway for us and friends. The sites come in various lengths to accommodate different size campers from tents to 45 diesel pushers all with electric, water and sewer. Even though the park is surrounded by civilization, whitetail deer and occasional turkey wander the park. The park is quiet even though I-35E is nearby and there are many sites backing up to Lake Lewisville. Park hosts are located in each loop or section for assistance. Lastly, the gate attendants have always been so friendly and helpful to us on all our visits.

Not having access to dump stations and a decent bathhouse was very disappointing.

We thought it was great except one night at about 7pm, someone had padlocked all the bathrooms. We drove around to see if any were open, but all were locked. Thus, we were unable to use them and there was no one we could contact as the front desk was closed down.
