It was a wonderful experience. It was closer to flowermound and the site is flat. We took 52 and 54 for 3 tents

One of our favorite campgrounds. Close enough to anything you need, but tucked away into the woods making it feel like youve completely left the city. Our family loves this place!

Beautiful park with sweeping views of the lake.
Lots of friendly deer and birds wandered through our campsite daily. Close to shopping and great restaurants.

Amazing campground. Close to home, every spot has great lake views, spots are huge too! Even with people on either side of us, it still felt wide open. Lots of space for kids to run around. The nature trails through the woods are really neat too! We definitely will be back.

Our cubscout group had a fantastic time. The facilities were clean and beautiful. We even had Ranger Anthony come out and go on a hike with our pack! He brought snakes to show us.

We were in #54 and camped in a fifth wheel. We were here during spring break so there were lots of campers. The temps were in the high 60s, but we had very gusty south winds (sometimes around 30 mph) coming from the lake. The dogs and I did a lot of walking on the loop and there are also walking trails. The gate attendant was very friendly. This is one of our favorite campgrounds and we will be coming back again.
