While on the flight path to Dallas Fort Worth airport flight path sometimes, the park is great!

Beautiful campground with nice amenities. Clean campsites and facilities. Campsites are nicely spaced apart from each other. Most sites have a lake view. Walking trails cover the campground so easy to get plenty of exercise. Campground is conveniently located to lots of opportunities to replenish provisions. We truly enjoyed our weekend!

I love this place, it gives me the tranquility I'm looking for, it has everything I need, and it also has a boat ramp.

The view from our campsite across the lake was great. Everything was clean. My only complaint was the long walk to the bathroom. I guess you have to decide if you want a view or the bathroom close.

From Kentucky and we camp alot. Most USACE campground are of great quality, and this campground was no exception. Quiet, clean, nice shower facilities, and campsite amenities were very nice. Since I was from out of town and unfamiliar with the area, the on-line reservation tool worked great for my needs.

I usually have a great experience here. Site 17, had a water issue and it was one muddy mess. Dogs not tied up and wandering, karaoke going on further down. Cars parked on the grass. This was not a holiday weekend, disappointing.

Our 3rd visit. We love it. Fishing. Kayaking. Walking. Biking. We went to Mexican restaurant and Elm Fork, great close by restaurants. Walmart and Aldos close by. See you next time.

While the campground and site are great, simple maintenance and cleanliness is terrible. Site lights out for years. Bathrooms with broken toilet door locks and plugged toilets for days. No soap or paper towels.... What could be more important during a pandemic?

This place is great to have fun, camping, cycling, enjoy the view. And very near to Dallas. Love it.
