We love Hickory Creek Campground! It is so close to Dallas, but it seems so far away--a true get-away and change of pace in a quiet wooded setting. The campground is clean and well-kept. We plan to visit many more times in the future!

Great camp site, staff was awesome to work with. Highly recommend to all to make this a Dallas stay over. Great access to restaurants, shops and places to visit.

Surprisingly quiet park to be so close to the highway/city. Large COE RV park on Lewisville Lake. Well maintained

Great little park, in the city but feels like you're out in the forest.

We love the park and will definitely go back, the only downside is the gate closes at 10pm, but otherwise it's perfect.

Quite a bit of highway noise from 35 but the park seems nice overall. The highway noise probably won't bother those in RVs but those in tents or popups will hear it all night.

Have stayed here 4 times in the last two months and I have found the shower and restroom has always been clean. Great location on lake with close restaurants and grocery stores.
