Excellent facility. Very clean, bathrooms and all. Fishing was great and sure wasnt crowded this trip.

Shady spot next to Nice boat ramp and dock. Also a good place to beach the boat. Swimming area has willows this year due to recent low lake levels. The beach was mowed grass.

This was a beautiful site, once we found it! GPS led us the wrong way twice (MAY have been "operator error!"). We jokingly told everyone we went to "NOWHERE" then another 40 miles! It was well worth it, though! We were close to the bath house (even though it WAS an uphill walk!), that were large and clean. The previous campers had left a mess in our fire pit and looked like they had had an Easter party the weekend before. Lots of candy wrappers. The campground was very quiet (until a family of SCREAMING children came in the last evening). We had a variety of birds flying through and stopping at the site - white pelicans (we are from Florida and had never seen white ones before) were the most unusual to us. The patch of bluebonnets just below our site was gorgeous! I had good AT&T coverage.

We were in site 44. It was shady, level, clean, with an excellent 180 view of the lake. We will be back.

Very poor TV reception, fair phone signal, fair internet with our hot spot. Nice, roomy camp sites and pretty lake views.

Weather was cold but the park was very clean and nice. The grass burrs were the only problem for our little dogs.

We chose this park because it was close to my sister's house and we wanted to go visit. We have a family reunion about this time every year and we decided Copperas Creek would suffice for our gathering spot for 3 RV's. The place is great and we loved it. We will return if we need to be in the Comanche, Texas area again. The site was on the water, shaded, easy access, and level. What more could an old man ask? Oh yea, we got a 50% discount with our Federal Senior Pass.

The site was clean. It was quiet except when the site next to us had 3 dogs that they didn't keep quiet. The cell phone worked great ATT. Lake was so beautiful. The wildlife was abundant. The staff was great very friendly and helpful.

restrooms need to be updated BAD,They are about 10 years over due.They are a health hazard.Need a contact # after hours !!!!!!!!!
