I camped in a site that had trees and a view of the lake. It was spacious, well kept and shady. Bathrooms were clean and tended daily. Many of the sites were exposed, with no shade and little privacy. I would not have felt as happy in one of them. Staff mistakenly assigned me to a site already reserved by someone else. Luckily the campground wasnt full and staff was very helpful in resolving the issue.

Nice spacious campsites. We had deer walk through every evening. Paved, level parking for RVs. The restrooms were clean. Huge showers with hot water and good water pressure. A very quiet campground away from the highway, so no traffic noise. We enjoyed our stay!

First thing was having to back up the camper uphill into the spot. I could not accomplish that, so I had to manually push it up the hill, by myself. I have a small camper so it was doable but not pleasant (I am female). Some people with the large RVs were saying it was nearly impossible to back into the spot. Second, there was no toilet paper (at times) and no soap ever. Thirdly, there was hunting and guns were being shot right next to me. I had to leave as I was afraid I would be hit. The only hiking trail is a 15 minute drive. I hiked several times a day, so I spent a couple of hours driving. Will not be back.
