Very nice large level sites with view of lake from all sites.

The campground was clean and gate folks were friendly. Sites are paved. I needed a mobile tech but they dont really allow companies to come in until you get permission from the park ranger. Never seen this at a COE before. Too bad the lake is so low, not much access.

We visited this park in March with our 6 kids under the age of 9. We loved this park and will be back! We stayed here so we could visit the San Antonio Missions and did a Catholic pilgrimage walking the 10 miles to all 4 missions with our local Catholic church and 350 others. The lake levels were so low but it gave us and the kids a fantastic chance to explore and find some souvenir treasures. The lake levels being low meant the park was closed to day use which in turn meant the park was so quiet and quite peaceful without extra cars zooming through on a regular basis. The added bonus was each of the kids got a goodie bag! We will definitely be back.

Really nice park. Pretty clean grounds despite not seeing many staff workers. Restrooms are clean with plenty of hot water. Sites are very spacious.

Potters Creek will be in my memory forever as it was the Inaugural “First Night” for my new Taxa Mantis habitat. I was greeted by a very pleasant employee who checked me in and provided clear directions and park rules. My campsite was clean and a level pad made setting up that much easier. I was only a guest for one night… but a very special night for me. Thank you, its such a beautiful area.
