This is a great campground with great views. It’s very clean and quiet and has great showers facilities. Closest shoping is a Brookshires and a few restaurants 15 to 20 minutes drive from the park or you could be at Walmart in 30 minutes the other direction. No one bothers you and it is most importantly a very dog friendly park assuming your dog’s mind like mine ;O)

View was great. There is slight shade in the morning, but none in the afternoon. Someone left trash in the fire pit and it didnt get cleaned up. The showers were about 200 yards away, but they were nice and relatively clean. Got into some ants the second day.

I live in Austin and there is nowhere to go without without it mean overcrowded pattern Potter's Creek Crane's mill is a place to be especially if you go during the week day I love this place very clean water is clean and serene People that take care of this place are very nice restrooms are clean I would highly recommend this little get away

I am very happy with this park. The park is very nice and very clean, it's good, all they just asks is to follow the rules and the experience will be fun. Lake is beautiful, restrooms are awesome and clean. Also I am going again next month for my yearly visit. This trip was to show the park to one of my relatives. I definitely enjoyed it and definitely recommend this park to anyone

We had a Sunday night reservation. Got there a few hours early on Sunday and when we informed park host at gate that we were checking in she rudely said 'oh they have already checked out today and we don't allow day use'. I told her we were checking in for that night not 'the previous night'. She then said oh come back at 3. When I told her we were hours from home she suggested I take my family and dog to brookshire brothers to kill a few hours. She just said the site was empty, I do not see why we couldn't check in especially when we went back at 3 and the site had NOT been cleaned. So we were sent away to kill two hours for nothing, very very disappointing. Will not be returning to that park.
