As always the staff are friendly and helpful. Sites are clean and safe. Views are spectacular. Deer and Foxes. Rabbits and Turkeys friendly camp hosts who will come and sit next to your fire and enjoy your company if you are quiet and nice to them.

We love Potter's Creek and camp here almost exclusively. Unfortunately, this trip was not our best. It was during spring break, so that does bring out lots of people. Our main complaint was with one site that did not keep their dogs on a leash. Every time we walked our dogs, their dogs would run out to the street and try to attack our dogs and us. On more than one occasion, we reiterated the park's pet policy to the adults at the site. We reported the site to the folks at the front gate 3 different times. Nothing changed the whole week we were there. The dogs were allowed to run loose the entire time. This is an unsafe situation, and the park is lucky that no one got hurt. Other than this one issue, we had a great time.

Just a short getaway, stayed on Monday & Tuesday, very quite. Loved the site we had, weather was hot in mid July, be we still enjoyed the park.

We have really enjoyed our time at Potters Creek. The lake is beautiful.
This park, like most I suppose, is very busy on the weekends. If you want peace and quiet camp Tuesday-Thursday.
If you don’t plan to fish or swim, there’s really not much to do at the actual campground. If you’re looking for a restful place, this is perfect.

The park was clean and well maintained. The pad at our site was very firm and level. Park staff were very friendly.

Well again the people that checked us in were Rude and not very inviting. Later in the visit we went up there and it was another couple they were from Missouri I think they were very pleasant and what this park really needs because the gate people can make your visit enjoyable or just downright miserable

Clean facilities and grounds. Only downfall of this park is the late check in. Wonderful experience overall

Staff was friendly. The site was on a nice sized paved parking pad. Our son had a nice time exploring the lake shore around our site. Sorry to say we had places to go so didn't get an opportunity to check things out further than our own site. We did have a nice fire.

The worst time at the lake have been camping there for over 40 years and have always enjoyed it. The park host and family where rude and plain hateful.
