Cons- Not much to do. No working fishing pier to fish off of. Photos are website show water a lot higher than it really is. Pros- clean and flat sites.

Lisa and Ken are the best volunteers we have ever had the pleasure to meet. Here we are at another core park where weve seen eight volunteers spots that are taken and weve only seen one volunteer do anything. Lisa and Ken do not he jobs of at least 8 volunteers. I hope they are still there when we make it back next year.

The camp hosts were the best we have encountered. Above and beyond. Not to mention the best and cleanest bathrooms.I hope we see them again in our travels. Thanks Lisa! Lisa and her husband were awesome!

Very clean and neat grounds. Restroom clean lake very low and no hiking trails near campground

Beautiful and well laid out park. Unfortunately, the septic system for Loop 1 (the RV loop) and the bathroom/ shower facility went down but a few days before our arrival. Being self contained we were okay, and the loop was still mostly full. Also, the lake is quite low, so the boat ramps were closed due to that. We will return.again!

Nice site, beautiful sunset. It would be nice if there was a sign by the Marina because GPS said we had arrived when we were at the Marina driveway. That was not a good experience trying to turn around in that parking lot with a Class A 45 plus a tow vehicle. A simple sign saying Cranes Mill Camping straight ahead, would have helped.

Great spot with a small RV community and easy access to the water. Guadalupe access for tubing is close and boat rentals are right outside the gate at the Crane Mills Marina. Everyone was friendly and the place was very well kept. No trails to speak of so hiking/biking is limited to paved roadways. We will definitely be back.

We had a excellent site(#8) that was much more level than some of the others - a necessity for a 40’ motor home because the height of the Jacks is limited. The park was mowed, paved roads & sites, excellent COVERED table, fire ring, charcoal cooker, easy hookups for electric (30 & 50 Amp !) and water.
The Camp Hosts were very Friendly and accommodating with sign in & gate operations.
The daily ‘patrols’ by them and a county Sheriff Deputy were appreciated.

Park was nice and clean. Our site (8) was level. The only real drawback was the dog barking we experienced in the late night. Our neighbors to our right had 3 dogs, to our left 2 dogs and in front 3 dogs. Not much sleeping while the brigade started.

We had a great time and experience at this park. When we arrived we realized the electricity wasn’t working. We contacted staff and someone arrived to fix it within 10 minutes. They helped us resolve the issue and checked on us after to make sure everything was working correctly. We will be back!

Stayed a week. All was well. Enjoyed watching the deer. Understand, but wish I could have enjoyed a campfire on the cold nights.

We love the park and have been there quite a few times and will be back again. The only drawback is the lack of wifi and internet service.

Rv sites were great. Rest room facilities were poor. No heat to take a shower. Mens rest room door didnt shut. Door of poor construction.
