I was tent camping on a weekend with heavy thunderstorms and high winds. It ended up being a pleasant experience none the less due to the property being well maintained and well managed. The staff is very friendly.

The site was clean and maintained. The fire pit was too far from the site. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to a boat launch.

Place was well kept and clean. Beautiful campground with the lake right by for easy access. Will visit again soon if in the area.

Lot was mowed and roads were repaired! We are happy with the better maintenance. Nice large lots and fairly level RV pads

Excellent sites, widely spaced, mostly fairly level. Access to the lake is easy, views are lovely, and the park is very quiet, even on weekends.

The park was well kept. One thing, the road needs to be fixed.

Site 4 which we chose, was so off level that it took 2 2X4 sets of boards to level. We could not chock the side with the 2X4s. When I extended the right front stabilizer jack, the left wheels came off the 2X4s and the stabilizer jack was demolished. I tried to straighten the jack but it was unusable so I removed it and we returned home. In total, we spent a little over an hour at the site. When I returned home, I replaced the two front stabilizer jacks with heavy duty jacks.

East Fork park is a great place to go camping that is close to home for many in the Dallas Suburbs. We've generally been pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep as well.I was sad to see that the tent camping sites near the lake are closed for COVID... we would be happy to pay the higher $30 rate to stay in those spots for camping instead of having to be by the trailer campers.

Great park when considering that it is located in a major metropolitan area and yet still has a rural-lake feel.Level sites, good power.A nice COE campground.

Nice campground, roads in and around the campground are really bad. Hosts are very friendly. No entry except on foot after 10:00 pm.
